Carol also had extensive experience working with neurodiverse children (e.g. ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, etc.). She practises evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Play Therapy and Art Therapy. In addition, she is involved in hypnosis training and applies relaxation techniques to help client cope better with anxiety, depression, stress, and pain.
