Skybi is an online matching platform to connect people who require mental health services. We provide mainly online mental health services, including live chat, virtual seminar talk, E-mental health assessments (up-coming) and e-psychotherapy. Face-to-face mental health services are available upon request (terms and conditions will be discussed).

SMHCS is a program offering mental health services at a minimal amount or discounted price to a particular community who needs such service but with financial difficulty. Please find below terms and conditions of the service:
*Waiting list is applicable when the service demand is high.
*Prices start from RM20 and upwards.
The fee for each session with your chosen MHP will be as specified on the WebApp. Payment in full for the session(s) is required to confirm your session appointment. For assistance with on-site sessions, please kindly reach out to our customer service directly.
To reschedule your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. You are expected to give at least 24 hours’ notice of rescheduling. Otherwise, you are expected to pay for the session.

2. MHP will reschedule the appointment.
