Psychotherapy services provide a structured, in-depth approach to understanding and resolving deep-seated emotional and behavioural issues. Through regular, longer-format sessions with a licensed therapist, clients explore unconscious patterns, past traumas, and entrenched belief systems that contribute to anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions. Techniques such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and eye-movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) facilitate symptom reduction and promote lasting change. Psychotherapy is ideal for individuals experiencing chronic distress, unresolved trauma, or recurring behavioural cycles. By fostering insight and emotional resilience, these services help clients remove or alleviate existing symptoms, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and build a stronger, more adaptive sense of self over time.
Counselling services offer targeted support for navigating present-day challenges and life transitions. In brief, goal-oriented sessions, a trained counsellor helps clients address issues such as struggles with self-esteem, academic pressure, relationship conflicts, and decision-making dilemmas. Through active listening, empathy, and practical exercises, clients learn to identify unhelpful thought patterns, set realistic goals, and apply concrete coping strategies. Techniques may include solution-focused brief therapy, strengths-based approaches, and Psychoeducation. Counselling emphasises enhancing daily functioning, bolstering personal growth, and empowering clients to solve problems independently. Ideal for those seeking prompt relief and actionable tools, counselling builds adaptive skills and self-awareness, enabling clients to manage stressors more effectively and improve overall well-being.
Unlock deeper self-understanding with our suite of evidence-based psychological assessments. Whether you’re navigating Acute Stress Disorders, Communication Disorders, Sleep Disorders, or exploring neurodiversity like Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Specific Learning Disorder (SLD), our licensed clinical psychologists tailor each evaluation to your age, background, and goals.
You’ll receive a clear, jargon-free report complete with personalised interpretation and practical next-step recommendations. Backed by scientifically validated tools, our assessments empower individuals, families, and organisations to make informed decisions and embark on meaningful growth journeys.
We provide tailored mental‐health workshops and webinars aligned with global observances and current themes. Sessions—open to both specific groups and the general public—cover topics such as emotional regulation, sleep hygiene, parent–child relations, career planning, stress management, and Psychological First Aid. Each interactive event combines practical skill‐building with peer support, boosting self-awareness and resilience. Backed by evidence-based methods, each workshop equips attendees with practical insights and self-care strategies they can apply immediately, fostering both individual growth and collective resilience.

Skybi’s support groups are designed to offer emotional support and companionship to individuals facing similar challenges. Here, participants can freely express their own experiences and feelings, listen to other people’s stories, and gain acceptance and strength.
Support groups are usually conducted in small groups and led by professional counsellors or psychologists to ensure that each member communicates in a safe and confidential environment.
Skybi actively sets up mental health booths on campus, in the workplace, and in the community, bringing mental health education into daily life in a relaxed and friendly manner. Each booth’s content may include mental health quizzes, career interest inventories, and information on common psychological problems.
Professional counsellors and clinical psychologists are present to provide immediate guidance and recommend appropriate resources to the visitors.
